How InheritAI handles private-beta data

- Account details such as your name, email address, and authentication records.

- Career and profile information you enter, including skills, experience, preferences, and application notes.

- Resumes and job information you upload or import, together with parsed resume content, extracted skills, job scores, generated application packages, tracker records, and workflow state.

- Limited operational data such as request identifiers, route, status code, and duration used for security, troubleshooting, and service reliability.

- To authenticate you and provide resume parsing, job analysis, scoring, application-package generation, workflow persistence, tracking, export, deletion, and support.

- To protect the service, investigate failures, enforce safety controls, and improve private-beta reliability.

- We do not use your password, OTP, CAPTCHA response, or access token as job-application content.

- Data may be processed by hosting, database, deployment, logging, and AI service providers selected for the InheritAI environment.

- External AI processing is used only when that provider is configured for the environment. Local processing may also be used.

- We apply access controls, user isolation, safe error responses, request identifiers, and restricted runtime logging. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

- We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, meet security and operational requirements, or comply with applicable obligations.

- The in-app export control lets you download supported workflow data.

- The in-app Delete My Workflow Data control removes supported application-workflow data and related local InheritAI browser data without deleting the account.

- The in-app Delete My Account control verifies the current password and permanently deletes the sign-in account, supported user-owned application records, and stored resume files.

- Limited backups, audit records, or platform logs may remain for a restricted period after deletion where operationally necessary.

- Review information before uploading it and avoid including data that is unnecessary for your job search.

- Use the in-app export and deletion controls for supported workflow data.

- Contact support to request correction help, account-related assistance, or clarification about this notice.

- Job portals, employer websites, and other external services have their own privacy practices and terms.

- InheritAI does not control external websites and does not automate passwords, OTPs, CAPTCHAs, file uploads, or final job-application submission.
