- InheritAI provides career workflow tools such as resume parsing, job import, scoring, application-package generation, tracking, interview preparation, and data controls.

- The service may change, pause, or remove beta features as testing and production-readiness work continues.

- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms.

- AI-generated scores, summaries, resumes, recommendations, and interview material may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular role.

- You are responsible for reviewing and approving every output before using it.

- InheritAI does not guarantee an interview, job offer, employment outcome, salary, visa result, employer response, or acceptance by an applicant-tracking system.

- The service is not legal, immigration, financial, or professional employment advice.

- Provide information you are permitted to use and keep your account access secure.

- Do not upload another person's confidential or personal information without authority.

- Keep resumes, job history, qualifications, and application statements truthful and accurate.

- You remain responsible for every application, communication, attachment, and final submission.

- Employer websites, job portals, and third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy notices, and technical rules.

- InheritAI does not automate passwords, logins, OTPs, CAPTCHAs, external file uploads, or final apply/submit actions.

- You must review the destination, attachments, visible fields, and employer requirements before acting on an external portal.

- Do not use the service for impersonation, fraud, deceptive qualifications, unlawful discrimination, harassment, malware, security testing without authorization, or infringement of another person's rights.

- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, access another user's data, extract secrets, or interfere with the service.

- Private-beta access is provided on an as-available basis and may experience interruptions, defects, data-processing failures, or feature changes.

- Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, investigate misuse, maintain the system, or comply with applicable requirements.

- To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as is and without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or job-search success.

- To the extent permitted by applicable law, InheritAI is not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss arising from beta use, external portals, employer decisions, or user-approved content.

- Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
